Parallel SMBioNet (PSMBioNet) is a parallel implementation for parameter estimation of Biological Regulatory Networks (BRNs). It uses the existing implementation of SMBioNet (Selection of models for Biological Networks). SMBioNet is a tool for modeling biological regulatory systems by using the multivalued logical formalism of Rene Thomas and the Computational Tree Logic (CTL).

Currently, Parallel SMBioNet (P-SMBioNet) is also available as a web-based tool that can be accessed at http://systemsbiology.tools
